Account Deletion

If you would like to delete your Mesa account, please follow the steps below:

  1. Email Request: Submit a request here or send an email to our support team at support@mesamember.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

  2. Include Necessary Information:

    • Your full name used on the account
    • The email address associated with the account
    • A brief message confirming that you would like to permanently delete your account.

  3. Processing Time: Once your request is received, our support team will review it and delete your account within 7-10 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.

Please note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including membership details, saved information, and preferences, will be permanently removed.
