To process your request, please confirm the following details to support@mesamember.com:
- The reason you need a replacement card (e.g., damaged, lost, stolen, or expired).
- Your full name, phone number, and email address on the account for verification purposes.
- The address which you would like your replacement card delivered to.
Once we have this information, we’ll initiate the replacement process, and you will receive your new card within 7-10 business days.
